The Big 12 Conference Tournament begins today with a pair of games, as the No. 9 Oklahoma St. Cowboys take on the No. 8 Kansas St. Wildcats and the No. 10 TCU Horned Frogs face the No. 7 Texas Tech Red Raiders. The team to watch today is definitely the Red Raiders, as they are the only team that hovering in between being on the bubble or being an At-large. They can’t afford to lose, even though a win over the Horned Frogs does nothing for them. If the Red Raiders do win, they would go on to face the No. 2 West Virginia Mountaineers next. Aside from the opening round, none of the games in the quarterfinals is remotely easy. The Big 12 Conference is by far the best in the nation and already has six teams locked in for the NCAA Tournament, with a seventh in the Red Raiders on the cusp. Anyways, the Big 12 Conference Tournament schedule are as follows…

Prediction: Obviously there are a plethora of teams to pick here and you couldn’t go wrong with either one, but I can’t not pick the Kansas Jayhawks. They are by far and away the number one team in college basketball and are my and probably 90% of the world’s favorite to win the NCAA Tournament. The Jayhawks are riding an eleven game win streak and finished 15-3 in by far the toughest conference. The Jayhawks rank among the top ten on both offense and defense and it’s really hard to find anything they don’t well. So, with that said, Rock Chalk Jayhawk!
